Job Title: Restaurant Bar Manager Job Summary: We need adedicated and experienced Restaurant Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The bar manager/bartender will also be a working bartender, taking at 4 shifts a week. If you are aboutcreating exceptional dining experiences and possess the qualifications listed below, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Bar Operations: Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Develop and update the bar menu, incorporating innovative and appealing drink selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Create schedules. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to the bar team. Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance the dining experience. Work behind bar a minimum of 30-35 hours a week including weekends. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or a similar role in the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as cocktail preparation techniques. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
